Nolan Paparelli is a Swiss graphic and type designer currently based in Munich. He comes from the French-speaking part of Switzerland and completed his BA in graphic design at ECAL in 2015. After an internship at Herburg Weiland and collaborations with Swiss Typefaces and Formula Type, he went freelance in 2017. Since 2021 he has released three type families of his own with the Swiss type foundry WELTKERN® and contributed to the success of their catalogue.
Nolan Paparelli ist ein Schweizer Grafik- und Schriftdesigner, der derzeit in München lebt. Er stammt aus der Westschweiz und hat 2015 seinen Bachelor in Grafikdesign an der ECAL absolviert. Nach einem Praktikum bei Herburg Weiland und einigen Kooperationen mit Swiss Typefaces und Formula Type machte er sich 2017 selbstständig. Im Jahr 2021 wurde seine Schriftfamilie Everett von Weltkern Typefaces veröffentlicht, einer Schweizer Type Foundry, mit der er eng verbunden ist.

Pamela’s Dream is a homage to Pamela Colman Smith, creator of the world famous Rider-Waite-Smith tarot deck. The motif collages elements and symbols from her iconic cards into a new, symbolically charged dreamscape, honouring her work and the visual legacy that still shapes tarot today.
Our gut is often quicker than our head. Something doesn't feel right, doesn't sit well, leaves a sour taste. The motif translates that intuitive sense into a visual analogy.

Frechsack is a riso art print by Elina Marten. The bin bag climbing out of the bin belongs to a series of motifs from her self-made, analogue flat-share handbook zine. With a wink it recalls one of the small responsibilities of everyday life. The reminder: "You can take the rubbish out too." Because we all carry responsibility for a better, better-smelling life together. Playful dots, lines and coloured-pencil surfaces are printed in riso in the high-contrast combination of fluorescent orange and medium blue, making a lively motif for anyone with a cheeky streak and a soft spot for the small surprises of riso printing.
